- Field-sales coverage across multiple emirates with reps moving between customer sites every day.

What we built together
- Rolled out SOOMA on iFleet account-manager tablets with one-tap visit logging and GPS-stamped activity entries.
- Configured branch-level pipeline rollups by emirate so the manager view shows Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah independently.
- Connected the WhatsApp QR inbox so customer messages from existing accounts auto-attach to the right deal.
What changed
- +52pp increase in logged visits per rep per week in the first quarter after rollout.
- Friday pipeline review reduced from a two-hour reconciliation exercise to a 20-minute coaching conversation.
